New Laws
Hello everyone – finally some sun today – hooray!
Besides the new IRS rollover law that started on January 1st of 2015, you might not be aware of some of the other 230 new laws for this year. Just to name a few: If you now get a traffic violation, the police officer will no longer take your license as bond. Speed limits in rural areas have increased to 70 mph. Pregnant women in the workplace must now be provided with reasonable accommodations and frequent bathroom breaks. Homeowners must now disclose any and all knowledge of damage to windows and doors before selling a home. Nursing Home chains now have to give annual reports. Police municipalities can no longer require officers to have a “ticket quota” over a period of time. All veterans who have received a Purple Heart can now get a free license plate stating as such.
These are just a short list of the new laws. You can search the full list of new 2015 laws at www.wgntv.com. (You can also check out “weird” new laws.)
On a personal note, my first of two books will be released sometime in April or May (depending on my publisher). Please see the attached Press Release – very excited!!
Thank you all, and “SAFE” investing!

FYI: In the spirit of Super Bowl weekend, did you know Roman numerals are used for the annual game because the football season falls in two calendar years!
